Stephen holds an LL. B from Windsor and an LL.M from Osgoode. He practices in the areas of labour, employment, human rights, motor vehicle accident and personal injury. Prior to joining Doli Professional Corporation, Stephen worked for the Toronto District School Board as Senior Legal Counsel and Acting Sr. Mgr. of Labour Relations. He also worked as a litigator and Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act Specialist for the Ontario Nurses Association and an investigator for the Ontario Human Rights Commission. Stephen is the author of two articles on the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. The first article: “Does the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal have a Reasonable Prospect of Success?” was published in volume 35 (2) of Canadian Journal of Administrative Law and Practice in 2022. The second article: “The Guardians of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario” may be published online in the fall of 2024.
