I am a licensed Paralegal, manager and Notary Public at Doli Law Offices. In this fast paced law firm, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of the office in accordance with the procedural rules in areas particular to civil litigation, statutory accident benefits, tribunals, small claims court, and provincial offences. My work has allowed me to assess the rules to make appropriate decisions in advocacy and become adept at operating the firm with the proper mix of authority, diplomacy, and tact.

I liaison with clients to ensure that their questions are answered, and they are updated about their case. This is especially essential when assisting disadvantaged, vulnerable and underserved members of our community. I find this aspect of my work to be especially rewarding as it allows me to reach people who have given up on finding understanding and advocacy  within the legal system. I approach each client and case with sensitivity to cultural and religious backgrounds and communicate with clients in a manner that allows them to best understand the legal process in a simplified framework.

I connect them to agencies and facilities that are best suited for obtaining benefits and I am given the task to assist the legal needs of clients and advise them when required. I have strived in building strong client relationships and liaising with medical and legal professional bodies to facilitate the best for our clients.
